
The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has arrived in Adan Yabal as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen support for the nation’s Armed Forces. In a social media post, Government Spokesman Farhan Jimale shared that President Hassan’s visit also aims to express solidarity with and encourage the courageous local community defenders who are currently engaged in a decisive battle to eliminate the threat posed by the Kharijites in the Middle Shabelle region. These community defenders, alongside national forces, have been instrumental in safeguarding the region and ensuring the safety of its citizens.
